The hotel offers lovely spacious rooms near the newer Jewel wing, with excellent service and a perfect location for connecting flights. The dining experience is bustling but varied. However, the rooms may look a little tired.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, offering a great view of the 'Jewel' which was just a quick walk away through a connected walkway. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, although a birthday cake was missed. The location couldn't have been more convenient, being right within the airport terminal and close to Terminal 3 and the brand new Jewel Mall. However, the dining experience was always busy, even at 6 am, with limited options.
